At Ocean Community Challenge Associação, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment. Our Gender Equality Plan ensures equal opportunities and eliminates biases, integrating gender equality into all aspects of our work—leadership, recruitment, projects, and stakeholder engagement. Gender equality is a core principle guiding our decision-making and strategy.
